1. Please complete the registration form by indicating a YES In the week(s) that you would like to attend camp. You will receive an email from us with 24 hours that will include a link to our official application. Your reservation is completed complete upon receipt of your completed application that you should print, read, review, complete, and sign. In addition, please forward your $100 non-refundable deposit that will be applied against your camp fee.
2. Camp fee balance can be paid in cash or by money order upon arrival at camp. Personal checks will not be accepted upon arrival at camp, but are acceptable forms of payment if received prior to July 5th.
3. Your application will be emailed to you upon receipt of your reservation form. We will not be following up with you upon receipt of your application and down payment unless you request confirmation of their arrival. Your checks for the down payment will be deposited within three days of their receipt - please check your bank account if you are questioning receipt of your application.
4. Please be sure to complete the application (with both parental signatures) in it's entirety including the information on experience, height, and weight. This information is used prior to the campers arrival to create a tentative camper/horse assignment, which is finalized following a personal interview with your child.
